Supervisors Empowered To Accommodate
What about those times when you call our customer support line and a rep can’t help, because of “the rules”? We’ve been there ourselves as well. We know how satisfying it can be to have someone you can speak with who has the power to make exceptions to the rules. That’s why our customer service supervisors have been given additional training over the years. So they can know when a particular customer or member really just deserves a break.
