Let’s face it.  Sometimes things don’t work out the way we’d like them to.  Maybe it’s a problem in an online booking process, or perhaps it’s simply a matter of your having difficulty when you feel things should go smoothly.  Whatever the cause, at Vacation Choices complaints are never ignored.  They’re never treated as though they’re an annoyance to us.  They’re resolved!

Many companies will claim to offer quality service, then fail to deliver when it matters most.  At Vacation Choices, we’re consumers, shoppers, and frequent travelers just like you.  And we’d never be content or satisfied if we felt like we were getting the runaround when we complained.  So we won’t treat you that way either.

We’ll listen.  We’ll take action.  We’ll even check back with you afterward.  All to be absolutely confident that your situation was handled properly, and that it really was resolved.

Supervisors Empowered To Accommodate

What about those times when you call our customer support line and a rep can’t help, because of “the rules”?  We’ve been there ourselves as well.  We know how satisfying it can be to have someone you can speak with who has the power to make exceptions to the rules.  That’s why our customer service supervisors have been given additional training over the years.  So they can know when a particular customer or member really just deserves a break.

When those situations arise, our supervisors know that it’s more important to ensure customer satisfaction than it is to enforce rules.  So whenever its truly possible, they’ll go the extra mile.  Because at the end of the day, it’s more important to turn complaints and concerns into problems solved.
